The BBQ area has a dining setting for 10 and the pool area has numerous lounge beds and table and chairs.

Upstairs takes you to the main air conditioned lounge room with TV, DVD video player and stereo system, double doors leading out to balcony overlooking the water and pool area with table and seating. The kitchen features a Microwave, Dishwasher, and Oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, dining table and chairs. A further 3 bedrooms and family bathroom with bath and separate shower are also on this level.
This is an ideal house for the family holiday especially the boating enthusiasts as there is a pontoon for mooring or fishing from. Children can happily fish off the pontoon whilst mum and dad enjoy the heated pool.
All this is only a few minutes walk to the shops, including butcher, baker and bottle shop. Some 10 minutes away is Forster/ Tuncurry where you will find an array of great restaurants, boat hire, a golf course, beautiful beaches and much, much more.
